Service Description
The 2-day training provides a grounding in the 5 x 5 model and uses team-based activities and tasks to generate a baseline position across the 5 domains of team functioning from the start of the training. Participants will work through the 5 x 5 Model as it relates to their organisation, targeting specific domains of development that have been identified over the 2 days.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your enrolment on this programme, you will receive a full refund if this is received within 30 days of the commencement of the programme. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel within 14 days of the start of the programme. Cancellations made within 5 days of the start of the programme will be charged the full amount.
