What are the costs?
​
The cost for the programme will be agreed up front as part of the initial process to set out requirements.
​
Payment will be made in advance of each phase of work contained within the schedule of works and an associated payment schedule. These payments will cover 80% with a final balancing patent upon satisfactory completion of the programme.
